To embark on your cross stitching journey, simply tap the "Create a Cross Stitch Pattern" button, which opens the Cross Stitch Pattern Editor. Here, you can fill in the squares using DMC floss colors, or even add your own custom colors to personalize your creations. Start designing by using the pencil tool to fill in squares, and if you make a mistake, the eraser tool is just a tap away to clear them.

Enhance your pattern with over 80 stamps and borders, easily accessible from the button bar. From left to right, the buttons include:

• DMC Floss Color button - Select your preferred floss color.
• Save button - Save your work at any time.
• Pencil button - Fill in squares on your pattern.
• Eraser button - Erase filled squares and backstitch lines.
• Backstitch button - After choosing a color, add backstitch lines.
• Backstitch move button - Drag selected backstitch to a new location.
• Backstitch move stitch end - Adjust the endpoints of backstitches.
• Stamps button - Add little cross stitch designs to your pattern.
• Borders button - Apply borders that automatically wrap around your pattern.
• Dropper button - Extract and add more of a color from your pattern.
• Bucket button - Fill a selected area with the current color.
• Bucket+ button - Replace one color with another.
• Undo button - Reverse your last action.
• Redo button - Reinstate an undone action.
• Selection box button - Select an area for editing.
• Cut button - Remove the selected area.
• Copy button - Copy the selected area to the clipboard.
• Paste button - Paste the copied area and drag it to a new location.
• Rotate button - Rotate the selected area or entire pattern.
• Flip right/left button - Flip the selected area or entire pattern horizontally.
• Flip top/bottom button - Flip the selected area or entire pattern vertically.
• Zoom in button - Enlarge your view of the pattern.
• Zoom out button - Reduce your view of the pattern.
• Symbols button - Display unique symbols for each color to assist in following the pattern.
• Picture button - Convert a picture from your device into a cross stitch pattern.
• Social media button - Share your pattern via email, text, or other social media platforms.
• Resize bars - Adjust the size of your pattern by dragging these bars at the bottom right corner.
• Option settings - Customize the grid color, choose between solid fills or X's, and toggle the row/column counter on or off.
• Instruction page - View the DMC colors used and calculate finished sizes for different Aida Cloth sizes.
• Finished Product page - Preview how your pattern will look when completed, with the option to change the fabric color.
