Dreamscape

An immersive literacy game for students in grades 3–8.

Dreamscape, developed by Shoelace Learning, merges the strategy and appeal of popular base-building games with creative reading passages and interactive comprehension questions to deliver an engaging learning experience. In Dreamscape, players enter the world of dreams and must protect their “dwell”—the home where their own dreams are born—from invading creatures known as “reveries.” By reading passages and correctly answering questions, players gather resources and construct new defenses for their dwell. The objective is to advance your dwell to higher levels, design your own reveries, collect shards, and climb the leaderboards to compete with other players!
