Application Description
In an effort to enhance public health service management across Uttar Pradesh, the National Health Mission (NHM) has introduced the eKavach app. Specifically designed for frontline health workers such as ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs), eKavach aims to streamline health service delivery. This Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) application is built on Argusoft's Open Source and DPG Certified platform, known as MEDPlat, ensuring robust and reliable functionality.
The eKavach app offers an extensive range of features that support the complete workflow and referral systems for various health programs, including Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and other essential health services. This comprehensive approach ensures that health workers can manage and monitor the health of the community more effectively.
