• How does it work?

1. **Download the App**: Get started by downloading the Rent Ready app on your device.
2. **Scan the QR Code**: Upon entering the space, simply scan the QR code to gain access.
3. **That's all! Smooth. Simple. As it should be.**: Experience the ease of accessing a fully-equipped workspace with minimal effort.

Once inside, enjoy a range of amenities designed to enhance your productivity and comfort. Benefit from high-speed WIFI, private phone booths, printers, lockers, and meeting rooms. Indulge in unlimited barista-made drinks at our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans meticulously selected and roasted by 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee', London's first carbon-negative coffee company. Additionally, savor unlimited fruits and artisan pastries to keep your energy levels high throughout the day. When you're ready to leave, whether after a 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday, simply scan the QR code to exit. Your session's payment is automatically processed upon completion, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

• How much does it cost?

1. **Pay for the Time You Use**: You'll only be charged for the time you spend inside the space, at a rate of £9.20 per hour (or 15p per minute), with a daily cap of £54 (all prices include VAT).
2. **Meeting Room Rates**: Book a meeting room for up to 6 people at £60 per hour (which includes £50 plus VAT). Reservations can be made directly through the app, with availability in 30-minute slots.

1. **South Kensington Location**: Our first location is conveniently situated in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ.
