By downloading the My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile Application, you can effortlessly register and dive into a suite of connected services tailored for your Mitsubishi vehicle. This includes the ability to send remote commands to your vehicle, such as starting the engine remotely, locking or unlocking the doors, activating the horn and lights, scheduling dealer services, utilizing the car finder feature, and setting up parental controls. For owners of Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs), the app provides the convenience of monitoring charging status, managing charging schedules, and adjusting settings to suit your lifestyle. Additionally, the mobile app empowers you to manage your account settings, customize notifications, and reach out to Customer Care for any inquiries regarding the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.
The Mitsubishi Connect services are available for the following models:
- Select 2018 model year or newer Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross
- Select 2022 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander
- Select 2023 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV
*Note: To fully enjoy the Mitsubishi Connect features through the app, an active subscription and a vehicle equipped with the Mitsubishi Telematics Control Unit are necessary. Please be aware that access to these services is contingent upon cellular network availability and coverage limitations.
