Surprisingly affordable at just $39.99, this price point is lower than many might have expected. However, it's worth noting that the physical version of the game comes as a "game-key card" rather than a traditional disc. More on that below.
Note: This is a Game-Key Card
Some Nintendo Switch 2 titles are available on cards that include the full game data, while others, like Bravely Default: Flying Fairy HD Remaster, function as a key to access the game. These game-key cards resemble Switch 2 cartridges but do not contain the game data. To play, you'll need to insert the card into your Nintendo Switch 2 and download the 11GB game from the eShop.
Despite this, the game-key card allows you to lend or sell the game to others. To play, simply insert the card into your Switch 2.
What is Bravely Default: Flying Fairy HD Remaster?
Originally released on the 3DS, *Bravely Default* is a classic JRPG featuring turn-based combat and a narrative centered around a group of heroes on a quest to find four crystals. The game's innovative combat system allows players to store turns and perform multiple actions simultaneously. Additionally, a deep job system enables you to customize your party members' abilities. The HD remaster preserves all these elements and introduces new features such as the ability to fast forward through battles and cut scenes, adjustable encounter rates, an online mode, and new minigames. This remaster promises to offer both newcomers and returning players a refreshed and engaging experience.
