Dark Souls 3 Adds Seamless Co-op for Six Players
If you've always found *Dark Souls 3* too challenging to tackle alone, now you can conquer it with friends. Yesterday, modder Yui released a groundbreaking modification that adds full co-op support for up to six players. This community-driven project, reminiscent of the fan-made co-op mod for *Elden Ring*, brings cooperative gameplay to an earlier FromSoftware title, enhancing the gaming experience for many fans.
Currently in alpha testing, the mod already allows players to complete the entire game from start to finish. It supports all multiplayer features, including invasions, and operates independently of official servers, ensuring that there's no risk of being banned for using it.
The optimized connection system ensures that co-op partners can join hosts from anywhere in the world, and rejoining after disconnecting is quick and seamless. The Seamless Co-op mod removes all multiplayer limitations present in the original *Dark Souls 3*, enabling unrestricted playthroughs from the tutorial to the final boss. Additionally, the mod includes an option to adjust enemy scaling, which helps to keep the difficulty balanced and enjoyable for all players, whether they're new to the game or seasoned veterans.
