Division 2's New Season: Burden of Truth Unveiled

Tom Clancy's The Division 2 has officially kicked off its third season of year six, named "Burden of Truth." This exciting season calls all agents to dive deeper into the narrative, embarking on a thrilling hunt for Kelso across Washington, D.C. by deciphering her cryptic clues. As you navigate the city, you'll uncover more about Lau's mysterious recruitment process and the intriguing "Cassandra" mission, adding layers to the storyline that keep you hooked.

A highlight of this season is the introduction of the Rogue Momentum system, which revolutionizes combat dynamics by rewarding aggressive playstyles. Engaging enemies and successfully completing combat challenges allows players to build up momentum. While standard kills provide a small boost, the system really shines with critical hits, skill combos, multi-kills, and taking down elite foes, significantly accelerating the momentum meter. As you gather momentum, your character's abilities get a boost, including faster movement, quicker reloads, increased damage, and enhanced firing speed. When you reach the peak of your momentum, the Overcharge feature activates, drastically reducing your ability cooldowns and giving you a formidable edge in battle.

Alongside the revamped combat mechanics, "Burden of Truth" introduces new weaponry and gear to keep your arsenal fresh and exciting. Players who own the Warlords of New York DLC and the Year 1 Pass will enjoy an expanded inventory with an additional 50 slots.
