In this thrilling update, the notorious arcanist criminal Nightpiercer resurfaces in Los Angeles. Officer Liang Yue, assigned by the Vigiles Bureau, teams up with the Division of Arcane Affairs to put an end to Nightpiercer's schemes once and for all.

Liang Yue, the new limited character, is featured in the "Moonbeam Guardian" Dushuo Limited Banner. Alongside her, a free garment for the beloved character Windsong is available to all players.
