Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 Officially Announced: Rumors Confirmed!
After months of speculation and teases, Activision has officially released the debut trailer for the highly anticipated remake of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4. The development of this iconic series is now in the capable hands of Iron Galaxy, taking over from Vicarious Visions, who brought us the successful THPS 1+2 remakes. Fans can look forward to enhanced graphics, the introduction of online multiplayer, and a roster of new playable characters including Rayssa Leal, Nyjah Huston, and Yuto Horigome. The newly released trailer highlights beloved locations like Airport, Tokyo, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, all revitalized with cutting-edge technology. Viewers are treated to a side-by-side comparison, showcasing the leap in graphical fidelity from the classic to the new versions.
The game will feature legendary skaters such as Tony Hawk, Bucky Lasek, and Rodney Mullen. Notably, Bam Margera will not be making an appearance in this installment. Those who opt for the Digital Deluxe edition will enjoy exclusive characters like Doom Slayer and Revenant. The developers are also bringing back a selection of the original soundtrack, featuring hits from Motorhead, Gang Starr, and CKY, enhancing the nostalgic feel of the game.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 is set to launch on July 11 across multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox Series, and PC. Pre-order benefits include access to a demo in June and early access to the full game three days ahead of its official release date.
