Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is a richly crafted Soulslike action-RPG set in the war-torn land of Shu during the chaotic final years of the Ming Dynasty. You assume the role of a mysterious warrior cursed by a deadly feather-born affliction, as you uncover ancient secrets and face off against terrifying supernatural foes in a once-great empire now on the brink of ruin.

Our early hands-on experience with Wuchang: Fallen Feathers left us highly optimistic about its potential. As we noted in our first preview: “I only caught a small glimpse of Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, but I already feel confident about its chances of standing out among the ever-growing crowd of soulslikes. The combat feels fluid and engaging, the RPG systems are deep and offer meaningful customization (even if I didn’t fully grasp all of them), and the boss fights delivered a level of challenge that’s rare these days. All of this has me genuinely excited to dive deeper into the world and see what else it has to offer.”
