Rule customizations include:

• Stick the dealer: The dealer must bid if all other players pass.
• Dealer can steal: The dealer may bid the same as a previous bid to take it.
• Shooting the moon: Bid the maximum to win or increase it by one for extra points.
• Must bid to win: The winner must make the last bid of the game to reach winning points.
• Junk points: Decide whether the defending team scores points taken.
• Minimum bid: Set the minimum required bid from 1 to 10.
• Low point: Choose who gets the point for low trump.
• Jokers: Play with zero, one, or two jokers, each worth one point.
• Off-jack: Include the off-jack as an additional trump worth one point.
• Three of trump: Assign three points to the three of trump.
• Five of trump: Assign five points to the five of trump.
• Ten of trump: Score a point for the ten of trump instead of game.
• Off-ace, Off-three, Off-five: Add these as trumps with their respective points.
• Last trick: Score the last trick as a point.
• Leading: Choose rules for leading trump on the first trick or any suit.
• Following suit: Decide if trumps can be played instead of the lead suit.
• Initial deal: Set between six and ten cards for the initial deal.
• Discarding: Allow or disallow discarding after trump is set.
• Refilling: Optionally give the stock to the dealer or maker while discarding.
• Play with trump only: Enforce leading and following with trump only.
• Misdeal: Allow a misdeal when dealt only cards of rank 9 and lower.
• Kitty: Deal 2 to 6 cards to the kitty.
