Botany Manor, the acclaimed puzzler from London-based Balloon Studios, is set to launch on PlayStation 5 and PS4 on January 28. Initially slated for a December 17 release, the game's PlayStation versions were postponed to ensure the highest quality experience for players. This decision was announced by Pennsylvania-based publisher Whitethorn Games, who promised to reveal a new release date in 2025, a promise they fulfilled on January 9.

Set in the serene English countryside, Botany Manor invites players to engage in the relaxing task of growing magical plants. The game first debuted in April 2024 across Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, receiving near-universal acclaim. Critics have lauded its cozy atmosphere, clever puzzles, and engaging exploration, earning it a "Strong" rating on OpenCritic with an average score of 83 out of 100 and a 92% reviewer recommendation rate. Botany Manor has been hailed as one of the standout puzzlers of 2024, and its arrival on PlayStation is expected to enhance the platform's library of captivating puzzle games.

While the game is not yet listed on the PS Store, it is anticipated to be priced at $24.99, consistent with its pricing on other platforms. Botany Manor is a one-time purchase without any microtransactions. Although a separate digital soundtrack is available on Steam, it has not been included with the Switch and Xbox versions and is unlikely to appear on the PS Store.

With its PlayStation release, Botany Manor will have reached all initially announced platforms. Balloon Studios has not yet disclosed their next project following the completion of this port.
