Enter & Exit the Gungeon Are Coming to Android This Summer with Online Co-op

Enter the Gungeon & Exit the Gungeon are coming to Android this summer. Dodge Roll and Devolver Digital’s are bringing their popular bullet hell dungeon titles with a few major additions. There will also be a special appearance from Cult of the Lamb.

The mobile versions are being developed by XD Network, with oversight from Dodge Roll and Devolver Digital. XD previously handled the Chinese mobile ports of the two games.

Bullet hell dungeon crawler Enter the Gungeon will be available on mobile for $8.99. On the other hand, its arcade spin-off, Exit the Gungeon, will be up for grabs for $4.99. This fast-paced 2D bullet hell platformer was previously an Apple Arcade exclusive.

What New Are Enter & Exit the Gungeon Bringing to Android?

The mobile version of Enter the Gungeon actually introduces online co-op for the first time. Previous console and PC versions only had local multiplayer.

You’ll also get to play as The Lamb, the woolly hero from Massive Monster’s Cult of the Lamb. In the mobile version, he’ll be armed with fresh abilities and a new weapon.

Eager to get a glimpse of the games? Take a look at the latest trailer of Enter & Exit the Gungeon for Android here.

When Are They Launching? ------------------------

Enter & Exit the Gungeon are expected to land on Android on August 15th, 2025. Both titles use a try-before-you-buy model. So, you can sample the first chamber for free, unlock items, and keep the progress if you choose to buy the full versions later.

However, you won’t be able to transfer your progress from PC or consoles. All the mobile-specific content, like the Cult of the Lamb crossover, is exclusive to the platform for now.

Controller support is also included in both games. Adapting Enter the Gungeon’s tight twin-stick gameplay for touchscreens is a very ambitious move for the devs. It’s a bit tough even with a controller, so the mobile port includes auto-aiming as an optional mode. Pre-register for it on the Google Play Store.

Exit the Gungeon, on the flip side, was designed with mobile in mind, as it offers more of an arcade experience. You can pre-register for the game on the Google Play Store.
