Tin Man Games has released Crypt of the Sorcerer as a new digital title in the Fighting Fantasy Classics series, bringing series co-creator Ian Livingstone's challenging adventure to mobile devices. This fully interactive adaptation of the 1987 classic delivers an intense dungeon-crawling experience for players seeking a formidable challenge.

Crypt of the Sorcerer follows Razaak's rise to power through what many consider one of the most brutally difficult journeys in gamebook history. This release marks the 20th digital title in the Fighting Fantasy Classics collection, joining celebrated works like Deathtrap Dungeon, Creature of Havoc, and City of Thieves.

The collection continues to expand with newer additions such as Assassins of Allansia and The Port of Peril, indicating more releases are likely in the future.

For players who prefer a less punishing experience, an optional difficulty mode helps reduce the challenge. The Free Read mode offers a more casual approach, complete with an integrated mapping system to help navigate your adventure.

Unlimited bookmarks allow you to retry difficult encounters after failure, while the automated Adventure Sheet helps manage your statistics and inventory. Survival remains your top priority throughout this dangerous quest.

Crypt of the Sorcerer is available for $3.99 (or local equivalent) on mobile devices. The Fighting Fantasy Classics app is free to download through the App Store and Google Play.
