Hogwarts Legacy Mod Support Coming Sooner Than Expected
WB Games has a thrilling update for all Harry Potter enthusiasts: starting this Thursday, Hogwarts Legacy will embrace the world of mods, exclusively for PC players. This eagerly awaited feature will be part of a significant patch, available for download on both Steam and the Epic Games Store (EGS).
The update introduces the Hogwarts Legacy Creator Kit, an innovative toolkit that empowers fans to craft new content. From designing dungeons and quests to customizing characters, the possibilities are vast. The renowned platform, CurseForge, will be responsible for managing and distributing these user-generated mods. Additionally, Hogwarts Legacy will feature a new mod manager, simplifying the process for players to discover and install mods that pique their interest.
On launch day, several pre-approved mods will be ready to explore, including the intriguing Dungeon of Doom. This new dungeon promises intense battles against numerous enemies and the thrill of uncovering hidden secrets. However, there's a small caveat: to access these mods, players must link their game accounts to a WB Games account.
Alongside mod support, the patch will enhance character customization with new hairstyles and additional outfits. The developers have showcased these exciting additions in a trailer, giving fans a glimpse of what's to come.
In other news, the sequel to this enchanting adventure game is already in the works. Warner Bros. Discovery has highlighted it as a top priority for their future projects, promising more magical experiences on the horizon.
