Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, Award-Winning Metroidvania, Now on Mobile!
The highly anticipated Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has now made its way to Android devices. Originally launched on PC by Ubisoft in January 2024, this metroidvania action game has you stepping into the shoes of Sargon, a young warrior among the elite group known as the Immortals.
Here’s the Story
Your mission begins when Queen Thomyris entrusts you and your squad with the urgent task of rescuing her son, Prince Ghassan. This quest leads you to the legendary Mount Qaf, once a divine city now overrun with time-warped creatures and cursed landscapes. Despite being a single mountain, Mount Qaf in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown offers a diverse array of environments, from a ruined temple to a forgotten desert. The map, though vast, is cleverly interconnected and even features a unique photo mode to help you navigate your surroundings.
The game introduces innovative mechanics such as the ability to drop a shadow and teleport back to it at will, enhancing the dynamic nature of platforming and combat. Scattered across the map, you'll find amulets that allow you to customize Sargon’s abilities. Sargon also boasts powerful ultimate moves called Athra Surges, perfect for dramatic fight finales. Side quests enrich the lore of Mount Qaf while offering a plethora of collectibles and challenges. Dive deeper into the game by watching the mobile reveal trailer below.
