Panam Palmer is a captivating romance option for V in Cyberpunk 2077, and winning her over involves navigating a series of quests that deepen their bond. In the gritty, neon-lit world of Night City, finding love with someone as fierce and independent as Panam, a member of the Aldecaldos, adds a rich layer to V's journey.

To start your romantic adventure with Panam, you'll need to progress into Act 2 of Cyberpunk 2077. It's crucial to play as Male V, with the Male V Voice and Body Type, as these are prerequisites for romancing Panam. Below, you'll find a detailed guide on every mission required to build your relationship with her.

Complete Ghost Town

Ghost Town is a pivotal Main Job that becomes available after completing the Playing for Time quest at the start of Act 2. In this quest, you'll meet Johnny Silverhand's former partner, Rogue Amendiares, at the Afterlife. She'll direct you to Panam Palmer, a Nomad with a mission. Though your first encounter with Panam might be rocky, agreeing to help her retrieve her car from the Raffen at Rocky Ridge is your first step toward building trust.

You can approach the Raffen with stealth or force; the choice is yours. Once Panam gets her car back, she'll ask for your help in seeking revenge against Nash. When she discusses her vengeance, choose the dialogue option: "OK. So where’s this hideout?" This leads you both to the Raffen Shiv hideout to eliminate Nash and his crew. After the mission, ask Panam, "Feel better now?" and head to the Sunset Motel to celebrate.

At the motel's bar, you can toast with Panam by choosing:

• [Drink] To your ride!
• [Drink] To what’s ahead!

Following your conversation, flirt with Panam when she mentions getting a room by suggesting, "Maybe we get just one room?" Although Panam might not catch your drift immediately, it sets the stage for your relationship. End the night by heading to sleep at the motel to wrap up Ghost Town.

Complete Lightning Breaks

After waking up at the Sunset Motel, head downstairs to the garage to start Lightning Breaks. You'll find Panam working on her car. This mission involves bringing down the Kang Tao AV and kidnapping Anders Hellman. Stick close to Panam and follow her instructions, as your dialogue choices here won't affect your relationship with her. Completing this mission smoothly transitions you into the next quest, Life During Wartime.

Complete Life During Wartime

When you reach the crashed Kang Tao AV with Panam, you'll need to rescue Mitch. It doesn't matter who shoots the Kang Tao guard, as Mitch will survive either way. However, when you have the chance, choose the empathetic dialogue: "I’m sorry about Scorpion." This shows your support during a moment of grief for Panam and Mitch.

You can ask Panam for help or let her stay with Mitch; both options are acceptable. When you confront the Aldecaldos and their leader Saul at the gas station, stand up for Panam by choosing: "It really wasn’t Panam’s fault." After the mission, respond to Panam's message with: "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game hours or days, completing other Main Jobs and Gigs, until Panam calls you to start Riders of the Storm.

Be sure to head to the Aldecaldos Camp within 24 in-game hours of starting Riders of the Storm to avoid failing Panam’s romance quests.

Complete Riders of the Storm

Upon arriving at the Aldecaldos Camp, you'll learn that Saul has been kidnapped by Wraiths. When Panam asks for your help, affirm your friendship by choosing: "We’re chooms, that’s why." When it's time to head out, opt for safety by saying: "Yeah, ‘course" to ride with Panam.

Your mission is to save Saul from the Wraith's compound. Whether you choose stealth or a loud approach, the important part is reaching the basement and rescuing Saul. After escaping the compound into the sandstorm, mediate an argument between Panam and Saul by selecting:

• Let’s take it easy – you’re both tired.
• Shitty idea, Panam’s right.

Supporting Panam against Saul gives you both some much-needed alone time, where you can engage in flirtatious banter:

• Pleased with your stay, ma’am?
• You’d be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma’am.
• [Touch Panam’s thigh] Got a few ideas.

Though Panam might reject your advances initially, the next morning, when she's on her motorcycle, approach her and choose: [Stop Panam] Wait. About last night… This will lead to Panam kissing V, concluding the mission with Johnny's approval as you watch her ride off into the Badlands.

Complete With a Little Help from My Friends

After a few in-game days, Panam will call you for help at the Aldecaldos Camp. Agree to assist her by choosing: "OK, I’m in," and opt to ride with her by selecting: "I’m riding with you."

At the trainyard, after climbing the communications tower with Panam, engage in a heartfelt conversation by selecting:

• [Stand by window] Missed you.
• So let’s start.
• Great plan. What went wrong?
• So far, so good.
• Why’s it different with me?
• [Touch Panam’s hand] Next time, try following that impulse.

This conversation opens further romantic paths. After leaving the tower and heading to the Aldecaldos campfire, when it's time to rest, choose: [Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold. Complete the mission as instructed after waking up.

Complete Queen of the Highway

Following With a Little Help from My Friends, spend an in-game day away from the Aldecaldos Camp, doing Side Jobs and Gigs, until Panam calls you back. Return to the camp, enter the Basilisk with Panam, and flirt by saying: "Nice and cozy in here."

After driving the Basilisk and engaging in a battle with abandoned cars, sync your synapses with Panam by selecting: [Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let’s go. This will lead to a love scene, solidifying your relationship.

Post-Basilisk battle at the Aldecaldos Camp, continue to nurture your bond with:

• [Drink] Listen, what happened in the Basilisk…
• I’d love to. But I can’t.
• [Stand] I’ll think it over, I promise.

After waking up from the Relic's malfunction, agree to stay with the Aldecaldos by saying: "I can stay for a bit. Thanks." As Panam walks you to your vehicle, express your feelings:

• Honestly? I dunno.
• [Kiss Panam] Thanks for being here for me.

This marks the end of Panam's romance quests, unlocking The Star ending and allowing you to continue your relationship with her.

How to Go on Dates with Panam

Thanks to Cyberpunk 2077’s Update 2.1, you can now experience the mission "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" after romancing a character you live with. Once you've romanced Panam, you can reply to her message and invite her over to any of V's apartments (except for Dogtown). While you won't be able to explore Night City together, you can enjoy a cozy night in, snuggling up with Panam.
