First, locate the quest-giving NPC using the in-game map. Look for the exclamation mark within a blue circle. Teleporting to the location is recommended.

Find Rosalie, the NPC at the designated location.

Rosalie requests a "Simple" hairstyle.

Access your hairstyle collection (press "C") and select a hairstyle from the "Simple" category. The category is located below the character image.
