Each game begins with the dealer randomly loading shotgun shells. You'll take turns firing at each other until one combatant loses all their lives.

Key weapons in your arsenal:

Handcuffs - Skips your opponent's turn

Cigarettes - Recovers one life

Magnifying glass - Reveals the current shell

Drink - Ejects one shell

Expired medicine - 50% chance to gain 2 lives or lose 1

Inverter - Reverses the current shell type

Each round grants increasing life points:

Round 1 - 2 lives

Round 2 - 3 lives

Round 3 - 4 lives

Maximum health per round is capped at 4 lives.
