The Retailer Tribe App is designed to streamline various customer services, including new customer registration, editing existing registrations, SIM SWAP, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime/bundle purchases, AM cash in/out, bill payments, and EVD/AM transfers to other retailers.

In addition to customer service, the app offers robust features for retailers to manage their Airtel accounts. Retailers can view and edit their profiles, manage stock levels by viewing, updating, requesting, or buying stock, and navigate their sales hierarchy. The app also facilitates AM/EVD pin resets and account unlocks, agent loans, and banking services directly from their accounts.
