May 2025 PlayStation Plus Game Catalog Confirmed

Sony has unveiled the exciting lineup of games joining the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for May 2025, featuring a diverse array of titles for subscribers to enjoy. Announced via a detailed PlayStation.Blog post, this month's additions promise something for every type of gamer, with a total of nine new games for PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers and an additional classic title for Premium members.

Starting with the Extra tier, players can look forward to diving into the action-packed world of Sand Land, an RPG based on the beloved Akira Toriyama manga. This title headlines the May 2025 list, available on both PS4 and PS5. Joining Sand Land are other notable releases such as Five Nights at Freddy’s: Help Wanted – Full Time Edition and the comprehensive S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy. The latter's enhanced version, announced today for PS5 alongside PC and Xbox Series X | S, will also be available starting May 20. GSC Game World has confirmed that owners of the original trilogy on console will receive the Enhanced Edition at no extra cost, though it remains to be seen if this benefit extends to PlayStation Plus subscribers.
