Levelling Up

In DC: Dark Legion, every champion, from the rarest to the most common, can be levelled up to boost their base stats, including Attack, Defense, and Health. You can level up your chosen champions by taking them into battle, where they'll earn experience points. Alternatively, you can use EXP potions of various rarities to directly level them up. This not only enhances your champion's power but also increases your overall account CP (Combat Power), a crucial metric in the game.

Upgrading Star Count

Each champion in DC: Dark Legion™ comes with a base star count that determines their rarity. For instance, legendary champions start at a 5-star base. To increase this star count, you'll need to collect and use shards of the same champion, which means acquiring duplicate copies. This can be a costly endeavor and may not be the best strategy for free-to-play players. However, upgrading star count is a powerful way to unlock new abilities and further enhance your hero's stats.

Gearing Up

Beyond levelling up, you can amplify your heroes' performance by outfitting them with powerful gear. In the early stages, you can acquire gear by clearing out hideouts. Once you unlock the crafting feature at your base, you can start creating your own gear. Gear pieces and sets come in different rarities, each with a main stat and potential sub-stats. Higher rarity gear starts with more sub-stats, significantly boosting your heroes' capabilities from the get-go.
