Overwatch 2 Teams Up with LE SSERAFIM Again: New Skins, Emotes, Challenges

This upcoming event promises to bring a fresh wave of content to the game, aligning perfectly with the release of LE SSERAFIM's new album, "Hot." Mark your calendars for March 18, 2025, when this thrilling collab kicks off.

Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM Coming This March 18, 2025

Overwatch 2 is once again teaming up with LE SSERAFIM, following their successful collaboration back in November 2023 to celebrate the release of "Perfect Night." This time, the event will introduce brand-new skins, emotes, and in-game challenges that players can enjoy. The excitement was confirmed in a Twitter (X) post on March 11, showcasing a trailer for the event. Blizzard announced this second collaboration during the Overwatch 2 Spotlight on February 12.

The new skins will be available for characters like Mercy, Juno, D.Va, Ashe, and Illari. Additionally, recolored versions of the skins from the 2023 event will return, featuring LE SSERAFIM-inspired designs for Kiriko, D.Va, Sombra, Tracer, and Brigitte. While the unique Concert Clash mode from the previous collaboration won't be making a comeback, players can still earn the Legendary Fawksey James Junkrat skin by participating in event-specific challenges.

In an interview with Polygon on March 11, Aimee Denett, Overwatch's Associate Director of Product Management, shared insights on the upcoming event. "This time around, we wanted to be part of one of the pieces that's celebrating their new album," Denett stated. She emphasized their commitment to celebrating K-pop culture by creating a visualizer for one of the new songs from the album, along with a range of extensive cosmetics for the collaboration.

The Overwatch 2 and LE SSERAFIM collaboration will run from March 18 to March 31, 2025.
