Pikmin Bloom's Earth Day Event: Count Flowers, Not Steps in Party Walk

Today marks a special occasion—Earth Day—and Pikmin Bloom is celebrating in a unique way through the Party Walk event. This time, the focus shifts from taking extra steps to planting extra flowers. If you're a fan of Niantic's augmented reality, location-based game, you won't want to miss out on this event.

When Is the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk?

Pikmin Bloom is hosting an Earth Day-themed Official Party Walk from April 22nd to April 30th. Instead of the usual step tracking, you'll be counting the number of flowers you plant. Each bloom you plant contributes to the global total, aligning perfectly with the spirit of Earth Day. The more greenery you help create, the more rewarding the experience becomes.

During the event, the collective effort of all players planting flowers can unlock special weather-themed Decor Pikmin through Huge Seedlings. Here's what you can achieve: if the global total reaches 500 million flowers, every participant will receive a Huge Seedling that grows into a Leaf Hat Decor Pikmin. Hit the 1 billion mark, and you'll unlock a Snow Decor Pikmin. Push the total to 1.5 billion, and you'll earn a Huge Seedling for a Present Sticker (Gold) Decor Pikmin, exclusively for White Pikmin.

Remember, your flowers won't count toward the global total unless you join the Pikmin Bloom Party Walk. Ensure you've updated to app version 117 and signed up for the event. If you're new to Pikmin Bloom, you can download the game from the Google Play Store.
